1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts.
- Not be damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidental breakage.
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked “non-returnable”.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us
- Send an email to info@festlamp.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
- Receive Return Authorization
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping address.
- Please note: We do not accept returns without a valid RMA number. Packages sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
- Ship Your Return
- Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, or significant quality issue), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a pre-paid label if possible.
- If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, size issue, etc.), the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the item is returned for a full refund.
4. REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Please note: It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
- If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If you still have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at info@festlamp.com.
5. EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items, subject to availability:
- To request an exchange, please contact us at info@festlamp.com with your order number and details of the issue.
- If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.
- Exchanges are processed once we receive and verify the returned item.
6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage.
- We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion.
- We may request additional photos or videos to verify the defect before processing your request.
7. WARRANTY INFORMATION
Many of our products come with a limited warranty:
- Most lighting products include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper installation.
