Q2: Do you offer free shipping?

A: We offer free shipping for orders over a specific amount. The free shipping threshold is shown on the homepage and checkout page. Standard shipping and expedited shipping options are available for selection.

Q3: What should I do if my parcel is damaged or lost?

A: All packages are insured. If you receive damaged goods, please take clear photos and videos within 24 hours after delivery. We will provide a full refund or free reshipment after verification.

Q1: Is the product voltage compatible with my country?

A: Most of our lamps support wide voltage AC 85–265V. We provide EU, US, UK, and AU plugs to fit different countries’ standards. You can select the plug type during checkout.

Q2: Are your lights waterproof for outdoor use?

A: Our outdoor series supports IP44 / IP65 waterproof rating, suitable for garden, yard, patio and outdoor decoration. Indoor lights are not waterproof and should be kept away from rain and water splash.

Q3: Can I use the lamp for long-term continuous lighting?

A: All LED lamps adopt high-quality LED chips and heat dissipation structures, supporting long-time working. Stable brightness and long service life are guaranteed under normal working conditions.

4. Custom & Wholesale

Q1: Do you support OEM / ODM customization?

A: Yes, we support custom logo printing, custom packaging, color temperature adjustment, shell color modification and other personalized services. Please contact us for MOQ and wholesale price.

Q2: Do you offer wholesale discount?

A: We provide tiered wholesale prices. The larger your order quantity, the lower the unit price. Custom quotation and bulk discount plans are available for business clients.

Q3: Can you provide documents for customs clearance?

A: Yes, we can provide professional invoices, packing lists and other required documents to support smooth customs clearance in your country.

5. Warranty & After-sales

Q1: What is your warranty policy?

A: We provide 1year official warranty for all LED lamps. During the warranty period, free replacement of accessories or products is provided for non-human quality problems.

Q2: What is not covered by the warranty?

A: The warranty does not cover damage caused by artificial collision, water immersion, unauthorized disassembly, incorrect voltage use and natural wear and tear.

Q3: Can I return the product?

A: Unused, unopened and well-packed products can be returned within 30 days. For quality problems, we bear the return and reshipment cost. For personal reason returns, buyers bear the shipping fee.
